I’m Okeke Esther Ada – a brand strategist, a CSR expert, and the voice behind Corporate Barddie. With over six years in Nigeria’s fast-paced FMCG space, I’ve worked at the intersection of corporate marketing, brand equity, and social impact.
I hold a BSc and MSc in Economics, an MSc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, and I’m a certified ACCA chartered accountant. Currently pursuing a PhD, my journey is one marked by resilience and reinvention.
I spent years leading marketing and CSR at one of Nigeria’s top flour milling companies, where I spearheaded the award-winning Crown Flour Angels initiative – a CSR project that trained over 1,000 women in bakery and entrepreneurship across Lagos, Abuja, and Kano.
I also co-developed the Sustainability in Logistics workshop in collaboration with Cabo Logistics – an impact-driven forum designed to spark sustainable thinking across Nigeria’s logistics and supply chain sector. But beyond titles and boardrooms, I witnessed first-hand how toxic power dynamics, silent sabotage, and corporate politics can stifle potential.
This lived experience is what fuels the Corporate Barddie movement – a platform that helps professionals not only rise, but thrive. I combine my corporate strategy expertise with lived experience to offer two key services: CSR Consulting for organizations that want to turn community impact into brand equity, Corporate Counsel Sessions for Nigerian professionals seeking honest, empathetic guidance through corporate life
